The LMS/LCMS Administrator is responsible for the operations, performance and development of the EBS/Catalyst learning platforms. The LMS/LCMS Administrator resolves learner and system issues, provides expertise in LMS/LCMS administration, trains new/existing team members and trainers on utilizing the LMS and LCMS and creates/enforces SOPs. The administrator consults with internal customers on the best way to deliver/assign/report on training using the LMS and on LCMS usage. The Administrator also provides implementation support for deployments and creates system documentation and coordinates system maintenance activities for learning and content platforms.
