A critical success factor when embracing sudden, planned, or deliberate life transitions is the ability to maintain our equilibrium and support ourselves in healthy and balanced ways. By understanding the various influences that affect our attitudes, actions, and words; and applying a three-step balance process of awareness, alignment, and activation; we can begin to gently shift our perspective and find better balance and harmony during times of change.

In this presentation, participants will:
* Learn about how thoughts, feelings, and intuition play a critical role in everyday decision-making
* Explore areas of awareness, alignment, and activation in our daily lives
* Apply the concepts to create a personal action plan to shift any area of their lives

Michael Thomas Sunnarborg is an inspirational storyteller, best-selling author, and life transition coach. His passion is to help people reclaim their power of choice and find better balance in their work, relationships, and life—especially during transitions.
